Just down the road from the Chase Center on the Riverfront is the Dupont Environmental Center, which has interactive exhibits and hands-on activities at the 4-story nature center where the city, river and marsh meet. Grounds include a boardwalk into a freshwater tidal marsh and 10-acre garden at the 212-acre Russell W. Peterson Urban Wildlife Refuge. Daily free walks. Free admission.
