International Sea Glass Festival

The International Sea Glass Association’s Board of Directors and Festival Committee invite all ISGA Professional Members to apply for the 2026 International Sea Glass Festival.

The 21st International Sea Glass Festival will be held at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa in Monterey, California on June 27 – 28, 2026 and the 22nd International Sea Glass Festival will be held at the Mystic Seaport Museum in Mystic, Connecticut, on July 25 – 26, 2026.

Only ISGA Professional Members can apply to be vendors at International Sea Glass Festivals so please apply for ISGA membership before applying to the festival.

Since 2005, ISGA has been committed to supporting the sea and beach glass community through festivals, education, membership, and more. The primary goal of this not-for-profit organization is to educate collectors and creators on the characteristics and significance of genuine sea and beach glass. Members pledge to use and purchase only genuine, pure, unaltered sea and beach glass and to help sea and beach glass collectors, enthusiasts, and artisans understand the value of real sea and beach glass.


Application Process

In addition to being an ISGA Professional Member in good standing, ISGA Professional Members must submit a festival application before acceptance into the International Sea Glass Festival. Festival participants must agree to uphold the ISGA Mission, adhere to the ISGA Member Agreement, and meet the International Sea Glass Festival Eligibility Requirements. The Festival Committee will make the final determination as to whether a vendor meets the standards of a the vendor requirements at the time of application.

During the application process, you will need to upload a photo of your booth and photos that show the work you will be selling. Please gather those before you begin the application.

Upon selection, you will be invoiced for booth fees, tables/chairs, advertising, and any other extras. Invoices will go out as we approve each festival application. Payment will be due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

We accept applications until all spots are filled and we invite ISGA Professional Members to apply in case space opens up even after the available locations are filled.


Vendors can choose from inline and corner booths inside the Marquee tent or they can bring their own individual tents. Tables and chairs are available for rent. Linens and table coverings are not available. You must provide your own.


ISGA Advertising and Promotion

ISGA offers you the opportunity to promote your business to ISGA Community members, Mystic Seaport Museum members, and festival attendees through discounts and program advertising, whether you attend the festivals or not. Your participation will be noted in the festival programs, on the ISGA website, and through emails from Mystic Seaport Museum to its 10,000+ members. Ad pricing includes placement in both the Mystic and Seattle festival programs.  

  • Exhibitors can offer a 10% discount to ISGA Community Members and Mystic Seaport Museum members on their website/online shop during festival hours using a discount code provided by ISGA. 
  • Exhibitors can offer a 10% discount to ISGA Community Members and Mystic Seaport Museum members who show their Mystic Seaport Membership card at their booth at the festival.
  • Exhibitors can place an ad in the festival programs.
    • 1/4 Page Ad: $100
    • 1/2 Page Ad: $150
    • Full Page Ad: $250

Following are the specifications for program ads. All measurements are in inches. 

  • Full Page Vertical: Trim: 5.5″ x 8.5″, Live: 0.5″ From Edge, Bleed: 0.125″
  • Half Page Horizontal: 4.75″ x 3.75″
  • Quarter Page Vertical: 2.25″ x 3.75″

Your ad should be sent as a press-quality PDF. The resolution of all images should be a minimum of 300 dpi at final production size and should be in CMYK format. All fonts must be embedded in the PDF. Please email your finished ads or your photos, logo, and information so we can make your ad to communications@seaglassassociation.org by April 15, 2026.


Sponsorships

Your sponsorship at any level supports the success of this event and will allow us to create members-only events at this year’s festivals. Sponsors names and/or logos are listed in the festival programs, website, emails, social media, and ads. Acceptance into the ISGA Festival

International Sea Glass Festivals are juried events. Applications will be judged on a first-come / first-served basis starting in February 2026. All applications will be reviewed by the ISGA Festival Committee and ISGA Board of Directors for participation in the festival. Please allow a few weeks for the Festival Committee to review applications and send out notices of acceptance and invoices.
